On this cool March evening, the stars are in line, the mood is right, a few minutes of labor pains and the anticipation building to the final moment. At 9:57pm, after 9 months of growing inside her, a blog is born....a bouncy, blue newborn blog page makes it's debut. Already developing with each second, with each tap on the keyboard the blog is taking shape and showing it's personality...quickly mimicking it's mother.
And you thought it was about food......of course it is!!! This blog will grow by the nourishment it will get through the adventures of the many tastings, feasting, nibbling, drinking, sampling of all the unique purveyors of sustenance that abound this city.
